This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have over your information when you use Textalky.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and billing details when you sign up or subscribe.
Content you create: prompts, generated text, images, audio, and video, along with any files or voice samples you upload for training or cloning.
Usage data: feature interactions, device and browser information, and performance logs used to keep the studio reliable and secure.
2. How we use your data
To operate and improve the studio, process your generations, and provide customer support.
To send essential account and billing notifications, and — with your consent — product updates.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private prompts, uploads, or voice samples to train shared or public AI models.
3. Third-party AI providers
Some generations are processed by best-in-class model providers (for example OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Stability AI). These providers process your request under their own data-handling agreements with us and do not retain your content beyond what's needed to fulfill the request.
4. Data retention & deletion
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual generations, voice clones, or your entire account at any time from the studio settings.
Deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to backups retained for disaster-recovery purposes.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. See our Security page for more detail.
